1. How do I register on PAReSHRAM? Is there any Registration Fee?

Users can register themselves by filling the registration form and OTP based verification of email/mobile number provided. There is no fee for registration.

 

2. Once registered on the portal, how do I proceed to obtain services?

All the applicable services are listed in the portal. User has to click on [Apply Now] link to open the prescribed form and fill up the details, and it should be submitted after making payment(if any).

 

3. Will my application be rejected if I miss out to submit the requested documents/ information?

No. A query management system (QMS) has been put in place wherein concerned officer can raise a query within 7 working days in case information is incomplete/clarification is required.

 

4. How do I pay fees when applying for services?

Upon completion of the required details in the application form, the fee will be calculated and shown in the page, and the user will be redirected to the payment gateway where multiple online payment modes are available including Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card Payment.

 

5. How do I track my application?

Upon application submission, a tracking number will be generated and intimated (through SMS/email) to the applicant. Users can track the real-time status of their applications by entering the tracking number in the application tracking section provided in the Home Page of the portal. Email and SMS notifications are sent at all critical stages of the application.

 

6. Do I need to visit the offices for receiving my approved certificate?

Once the application is approved by the concerned authority, applicant will receive notification via email and SMS and the approved & digitally signed certificate can be downloaded without the need for any physical touch point.

 

7. Are digital signatures certificate legally valid in India?

Yes, subsequent to the enactment of Information Technology Act 2000 in India, Digital Signature Certificates are legally valid in India. Digital Signature Certificates are issued by licensed Certifying Authorities under the Ministry of Information Technology, Government of India as per the Information Technology Act.

 

8. How can I be sure that approvals will be provided in a time-bound manner?

Government of Odisha is committed to providing unmatched facilitation support and time-bound clearances to applicants. Timelines for various approvals are mapped under the Odisha Right to Public Services Act (ORTPSA). Further, progress of applications by business units / individuals and status of clearances is being monitored at senior levels of Government through customized dashboards.
